In and ever more competitive world, speed and quantity has long overtaken quality, with professionalism and sheer respect for the craft becoming nothing more than a distant memory. Society wants the best quality for the cheapest price, but as the old adage goes, "you only get what you pay for". However, when they do pay, we then find ourselves being sold the cheapest quality for the highest price. It has never been more challenging to know where to turn, especially when you just want the job done right, and not feeling ripped off.

My name is Nathan, and I am ex-military and former Special Operations Engineer, deploying twice to Afghanistan with Australia's Special Forces. This was a period of my life that would change my life forever, but would also instil a deeply entrenched set of qualities that I will choose to retain for the rest of my days. Discipline, professionalism, attention to detail, reliability, accountability, honour and most importantly, finishing what you started. I love nothing more than having the ability to support and serve others, and am now fortunate to have the ability to do it on a different front. To me, a successfully completed job is when  both parties walk away feeling satisfied with the works performed, and both parties can see that the service went above expectation.
